I don't like Valentine's Day. I don't want to get flowers because of the obligation the holiday brings. Being given flowers for no reason is much better. Wouldn't it be nice if everyday should be Valentine's Day. For my Romance Sims, everyday is Valentine's Day to them. They never stop trying to sweet talk into getting what they want. Good news for them! Maxis has released a few items to help our Sims celebrate Valentine's Day. There is a cute teddy bear and a few clothing items (including pj's and sunglasses). Other fan sites are releasing themed downloads.

A Patch for "Nightlife": A patch for "The Sims 2 Nightlife" has been released. Even if you aren't experiencing the bugs the patch is meant to fix, Maxis is suggesting you still install the patch.
