"The Sims 3 Collector's Edition"

February 2009 will bring us "The Sims 3." Have you pre-ordered yours yet? You may want to consider getting the Collector's Edition. I skipped the "Spore" collector's edition - nothing I absolutely needed. "The Sims 3 Collector's Edition" comes with a 2 GB USB drive, sports car download, theme music, and an exclusive Prima tips guide. The pre-order offer includes a vintage car download a "The Sims 3" poster. It's tempting just for the plumbob USB drive. But you can find an USB drive that size for a lot less then the extra $20 more for the collector's edition. I'll probably skip this one too and relay on my current method of using Apple's Time Capsule for backing up files. What about you? Is this a must have?

is it available in the UK? i’m a die hard sims fan – own EVERY sims game and i would looooooove to have one of theese!

I already Pre-Ordered! I love it! It sounds so cool! But I thought it also came with a map of the town?! Anyway I have The Sims and The Sims 2! I play both and I love it!
Eye lOve the sims2….i dnt lyk the sims.. i got it newyz. i have every single sims 2 game =] . cnt waiit till sims 3 =] yay. im not buyin the collectors edition but im buyin sims 3 on its own…………YAY
will the collectors edition be for the mac?
The SIms 3 will be for both Mac and Sims on the same dvd. Just like Spore.
