Ship Simulator Extremes' second downloadable content pack introduces five ferries to command in ten all-new missions.
According to publisher Paradox Interactive's press release, you'll be able to incorporate the ferries in custom-designed scenarios as well as use them in the main game's campaign, free roam and multiplayer modes.
The official trailer shows off some of the gameplay, which is, as you might expect given the nature of the featured vessels, a little light on the "extremes."
Unless one of the cars you're transporting suddenly catches fire, a few passengers jump overboard, or terrorists take control over the vessel, ferry operation seems to occur at a leisurely pace from point A to point B with few surprises.
The $14.99 download pack is scheduled for release on March 8th across multiple digital distribution outlets.
