More of an expansion pack then a sequel, this game will disappoint some fans, while the new rides, stalls, and editors will please new and devoted "RollerCoaster Tycoon" fans.

Guide Review - "RollerCoaster Tycoon 2"

"RollerCoaster Tycoon 2" builds on the great play found in the original, and gives us more tools to work with. The interface and graphics are exactly the same, but I do feel this sequel has something to offer new players and old fans.

The new rides, stalls, and stores are all good reasons to try the sequel. The new items are offered in many themes. The sequel also comes with 3 editors - Scenario Designer, Rollercoaster Designer, and Track Designs Manager. The new editors are great additions, however are difficult to master.

The gameplay is virtually the same and a bit buggy. I can’t help but wonder what exactly they’ve been working on for so long. However, I do enjoy the new features, and long time fans probably will too.
