- Copy a few selected MP3 files that you'd like to use in "SimCity 4."
- Open Windows Explorer.
- Browse to your "SimCity 4" folder - default c:\program files\maxis\simcity 4\
- Open radio folder, then stations folder.
- Open the Mayor or Region folder, and then open the Music folder inside.
- Paste your MP3s into the folder.

- Rename your files to match the default names, to ensure the game runs smoothly.
