When you can't be playing your favorite sport, why not play it on the computer? Sports sims put you on the sidelines and have you manage the team through trading, signing contracts, changing the lineup, etc, or take part in the action.

Skip it if you have a recent version, otherwise, it's your only choice for a football game licensed by the NFL.

Manage your team on and off the field in "Out of the Park." Not only can you edit lineups, make draft choices, trade, hire coaches, and edit players, you can choose to manage the team during the game. You'll have the option to choose pitching and defensive strategy pitch by pitch. All the statistics you could ever want are always at your fingertips, even in the middle of a game.3. "Total Pro Golf 2" is not your typical golf game. You won't be swinging the club and trying to swing at just the right momentum. You won't see Tiger Woods taking putting or winning another tournament. It's a game of building up skills, picking the right tournaments, and aiming for your golfer. "Total Pro Golf" has a top down view of the golf course, and you guide your golfer through the course based on their skills and the environment.

You should invest in the "Tiger Woods PGA Tour" series if you are want a realistic golf simulation. If working on the career of one golfer, while golfing on the courses the big tournaments take place, "Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2008" is the golf game for you. It has the awe inspiring graphics and the difficulty of being out on the golf course.
