Before You Play "Sims Online"

"Sims Online" is an online game, where you can be yourself or roleplay. You choose your clothes, face, your home, and job. You have the choice to be a roommate or a property owner. Explore other properties, build a network of friends, and work on skills. You decide what you want out of the game. You can chat with friends, meet new friends, or work towards power and money.

System Requirements

To play "Sims Online" your computer meet certain requirements. The minimum system requirements include: Win98, WinME, or WinXP, 500 MHz or faster CPU, 2MB video card or higher, 1.6 gigs of hard drive space, and a 56k modem or faster Internet connection. Check the official site for more detailed requirements.

Monthly Fee

A monthly fee of 9.99 USD is required to play "Sims Online." You can pay online with a credit card or purchase Game Time Cards.

Original "Sims" Needed?

The original "Sims" game and expansion packs are NOT required to play "Sims Online."

How much time do you have to play?

To play "Sims Online" you need lots of time compete with others. However, you certainly can simply log in a few times a month to socialize. Its's up to you how you play "Sims Online."
