How are pets adopted in "The Sims Unleashed?" Dogs and cats are adopted at Old Town. To adopt a pet at the pet store click on them and choose adopt. Other pets are object based. Birds, turtles, and fish can be bought at Old Town and are put in the Sims' inventory. When they arrive at home, the pet can be placed in a cage that is bought in buy mode. Related Resources:
