New Social Interactions
My favorite new "thing" in "Hot Date" is the new social interactions. The new interactions create a whole new way to play. Some of the new interactions are negative, such as the shove action. Below is a list with examples of a few of the new interactions.

• Encourage
• Hug - Leap Into Arms
• Sweet Talk
• Nag About Friends
• Tickle Extreme
• Plead - Grovel or Apologize

New Objects
"Hot Date" comes with about 125 new objects. New beds, chairs, lights, and special downtown objects are just examples of what you will find. Here is a list of just some of the new objects you'll get:

• English Garden Swing
• Survivall Picnic Table
• Laguna Vista Instant Pond
• "Light My Fire" BBQ
• Santa Baena Ceiling Lamp
• Niagra Love Tub
• "Don't Mention It" Lingerie Rack

New NPCs
NPCs (non-player characters) have always added a special twist to the game. This time they are there to drive your Sims heart wild. There are three types of NPCs that are found Downtown: randomly generated, service industry attendants, and infamous NPCs. Examples are below:

• The Minstrel
• The Waiter
• The Partier
