"Face Factory" is intutive and easy to use, however it does take some tinkering to perfect your face. If you don't already create faces for "The Sims," you may find "Face Factory" useful.

Create Your Face
"Face Factory" is an interesting tool. It allows those of us who are challenged in the face creating department a way to make faces for use in "The Sims." Even though it is very simple to create a face, I wouldn't recommend it to those of you who already create faces from scratch. For newbies, it is a fun tool to experiment with. You could rush through and create a face in minutes, but I suggest taking your time, or else you'll send up with a blue ring around the neck like I did the first few times.
You may be led to believe you simply import the pictures, and with no work at all the face is ready. This is not entirely true. You need to cut away the background, tell "Face Factory" the location and shape of facial features, and hope it looks good on a sim body.
So is this the tool for you? Perhaps. If you prefer simmy looking faces, stay away from "Face Factory." On the other hand, if you do like real-life faces and objects in "The Sims" and don't already create faces (but want to), this could be a good choice for you.
