Guide Review - "Air Traffic Control Simulator" Review

This game has everything you need to experience the job of an air traffic controller. The graphics are not fancy, because they are represtative of actual maps used by ATCs. The sound isn't fancy either. The sound consists of beeps and voices of pilots. The difficulty of this game depends on which scenario and city you are playing. The busier the airport the more difficult it is too keep track of the planes approaching and departing.

Software might be okay, but I never got to try it., Member aintnorock

My wife ordered this for me for Christmas for $25 on special. She failed to read the email that said you had to download within 24 hours. (Who requires that, anyway? Not everyone checks their email every day.) I tried to get the password reset from my email. I had the ID and password from the email sent to my wife. The vendor refused to reset it, asking for an email from the original account. So, I sent a letter from my wife's email, asking to reset the password. The vendor refused again. He said I had to reorder and I couldn't reorder the download, I had to order the boxed CD. To the vendors credit (the reason he got 2 stars instead of 1) he did issue a refund. But here's the kicker - in order to reorder, I would have to pay $39.99 plus shipping and handling. I didn't. There are other ATC simulators out there, and some are even cheaper, and one online is even free. I have no comment about the software itself, but customer service pretty much sucks.
