Catwoman

"Catwoman"

Electronic Arts

The Bottom Line

The focus of "CatWoman" was put on recreating Halle Berry for the game. Her character looks great, but the gameplay is dull and easy to complete, once/if you can get a handle on the clumsy controls.

Guide Review - "Catwoman"

Some movies may translate well into computer games. A game based on "Catwoman" may have seemed like a good idea, and it would have been, if it was given quality time. "Catwoman" feel rushed, in order to be released the same time the movie was.

The storyline is based on the movie, as expected. There are puzzles to solve and a few combat situations. The clumsy controls and difficult camera, ruins much of the gameplay, although there really isn't too much to miss.

Simply put, I see "Catwoman" as being created only to promote the game. If more time was spent on gameplay and not recreating Halle Berry in her Catwoman suit, it could have been good. I suggest passing on "Catwoman."
