Question: What are the "Spore" System Requirements?
Answer: Don't buy "Spore" without making sure your computer has the power to decently run the sim. Two sets of requirements have been released. One for Windows XP users and the other for Windows Vista. Computers 3 years or older will more than likely need an upgrade or two. Windows XP Requirements:
- 2.0 GHz P4 processor or equivalent
- 512 MB RAM
- A 128 MB Video Card, with support for Pixel Shader 2.0
- At least 6 GB of hard drive space
Windows Vista Requirements:
- 2.0 GHz P4 processor or equivalent
- 768 MB RAM
- A 128 MB Video Card, with support for Pixel Shader 2.0
- At least 6 GB of hard drive space
