You can't please all of the people all of the time. "Democracy 2" shows us just that. It is a game of politics and keeping the citizens of your country happen based on their opinions, wants, and needs. And maybe, just maybe, if you are a capable leader, you'll be re-elected into office.
"Democracy 2" is created by an independent developer, Positech Games, and is scheduled to be released by early 2008.
