Sail the 17th century Caribbean in this continuation of the Port Royale series.
You'll play as a young captain trying to make a name for himself on the high seas, where Spain, England, France and the Netherlands all vie for control.
There are two career paths to take in your seafaring saga: adventurer and trader. The former has you living the life of a swashbuckling pirate, plundering, bounty hunting, raiding and ransacking cities to expand your fame and fortune.
The latter has you filling your coffers by buying goods from one port and selling them for a profit at another. You'll also establish trade routes, production facilities and cities along the way. If you prefer a more balanced approach to the game, a free play option lets you combine both careers to create your own personal narrative.
In addition to the single-player campaign, Port Royale 3 includes competitive multiplayer support for deciding who can amass the most wealth and power on the Spanish Main.
