Apartment living is a part of new additions of "The Sims 2 Apartment Life" expansion. Builders will be pleased with the spiral staircases and the 5 new building types. Apartments may be the name of the expansion, that doesn't mean your options are limited. Your imagination is to the limit as to the type of multiple family structures are built. Traditional apartment buildings, trailer parks, condos, duplexes, and townhouses are all possible.
To aid Sims in making friends easier a Reputation Meter helps Sims who have a good repertoire with neighbors. Big parties involving all the neighbors is a start.
