A Sim version of Hilary Duff (Who is Hilary Duff?) is available to download on the official "The Sims 2" web site. It's only fitting, that Hilary's Chihuahua, Lola, can be unlocked with a special code. The Hilary Duff Sim won't be an NPC, instead she will be fully playable. Give Hilary a family, friends, job, house, and don't forget her dog!
