Watch Out for Sunburns

Our Sims just got a bit more lifelike. With "The Sims 2 Seasons," Sims now have an internal temperature gage. A temperature bar can be seen for each Sim near their head shot when they are selected. When Sims are at a good temperature, the gage will be green.

Too Cold

Spend too much time outside when it's cold out and the gage will turn blue. Skin tone will change and Sims will shiver when cold. Be careful, because if a Sim becomes too cold they will freeze or catch a cold. Some things that make Sims cold are: water balloon fights, streaking, snowball fights, making snow angels, and drinking water.

Too Hot

Just as Sims can become cold, they can get too hot. They will start to wipe their brow and develop a sunburn. Getting too hot is just as dangerous as getting too cold. Sims can burst into flames if the gage is completely red. Interactions that make a Sim hot include: kissing, sitting in hot tub, exercising, hugging, and drinking hot cocoa.
