If you haven't gotten twins yourself in "The Sims 2," it may begin to seem like they are a fable. The possibility of twins is very real, just rare. How rare? For every pregnancy there is about a 10% chance you will have twins. If a parent is a twin, the chances increases a little.

Modders have made many hacks for "The Sims 2," including one to always get twins. The twin hack can be downloaded at Mod The Sims 2.

If you have "The Sims 2 Open for Business," you can have twins by using the "forcetwins" cheat code or eating cheesecake.
