With a watchful eye for sales and a little lucky, good games can be had for under $10. Bargain bins are full of cheap games not worth even $5. The games listed below were released a few years ago and may not even been readily for their full original price. Most of these deals will only be found online.
1. "Civilization III"
Your goal is to beat other civilizations and rule the world. It's a turn-based game, that has addictive play. During your rein as ruler, you'll make scientific discoveries, wage war, sign peace treaties, and spy on others.
2. "Rollercoaster Tycoon 2"
"Rollercoaster Tycoon 2" is still the preferred game in the series for some players. You'll be kept busy for hours waiting for that next ride to be built, remodeling, and playing with ride prices to watch the effects. You don't have to love fairs or theme parks to love this game.3. "RailRoad Tycoon 3"
"Railroad Tycoon 3" is game of building and managing a railroad. Strategy fans will enjoy trying new strategies and discovering which works best. The game does have a steep learning curve, so be prepared and don't give up after an hour.4. "Monopoly Tycoon"

Monopoly and city building Sim fans will fall in love with this game. "Monopoly Tycoon" is a mixture of the board game and "SimCity". You'll have to build businesses on blocks named after properties on the board game. Buy property through auctions, and eventually own a monopoly.
