"The Sims 2" University" : Renting a House

When Sims go to college they have a choice of housing. Their choices are dorms, renting a house, or joining a Greek House. Renting a house is not cheap, but can be affordable when a group of Sims pool their money together.

Advantages of Renting a House

• Hire Maid
• Hire Gardener
• Full access to build mode tools
• Control over all Sims living in house
• Ability to become a Greek House

Disadvanages of Renting a House

• High move-in cost
• Bills higher than living in a dorm
• Must purchase all objects, the basics and fun/skill objects
• No cafeteria, must make own food.
